Sporting Clay Events - (50 Bird, 5 station course)

*Squads (teams) of 5-6 shooters can be scheduled to start every 8-10 minutes.
5 Stand Events - (50 Bird, 5 station course)

20 - 60 Shooters $25/shooter
* Only 5 shooters can be accommodated per a 30-40 minute period with precise scheduling.
It is impractical for more than 60 persons to complete course in single full day event.
5 Stand is normally used with smaller groups who wish to watch each other shoot.
Special Flush Event (Team of two shooters) 20 bird/Team $12.00/Team
Additional Fees and Requirements:
Reserved Field Exclusivity Fees $100.00/day - Wed, Thurs or Fri $100.00/1/2 day - Sat or Sun
Reserved Field Exclusivity Fees waived on Monday or Tuesday events and waived for events with 100 or more paid shooters
Maintenance Fee for each Non-Shooter in attendance if food/alcohol beverages is served - $3.00
Fees for Bar-B-Que Cook-Off teams $15.00 each
A NON - REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $375.00 (Cash Only) will be required to reserve your event date and must be received no later than two weeks prior to the event. Extraordinary circumstances such as rain outs, floods, etc. may be rescheduled without extra charge on next available suitable date. Final bill total will be assessed and must be paid same day as completion of the event unless prior arrangement has been made with Cedar Ridge Range staff. (Credit/Debit Cards or Checks Not Accepted)
Shoot Sponsor's Responsibilities: Must advise all attendees (guests/clients) with advance notice of Cedar Ridge Range rules and policies regarding: 1) Safe gun handling procedures/requirements, 2) Ammunition shot size restrictioned to only 7 1/2, 8 or 9 in all gauges.
Shoot Sponsors will provide Cedar Ridge staff a "final count" of shooters enrolled to shoot, at least one (1) week in advance of event date, so that proper preparations can be made in both equipment and labor. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY "NO SHOWS" WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR FINAL BILL!!!
Shoot Sponsors will provide methods and implementation of procedures to schedule/register (on-site) shooters and non-shooting attendees.
Shoot Sponsors must enforce prohibition of alcoholic consumption prior to and during shooting by shooters.
Shoot Sponsors will advise participants of the scheduled set times that shooting fields will be both opened and closed to shooting
No Motor homes (RV's), ATV's, golf carts, etc. will be allowed to be brought onto range property by event sponsors or participantsWe have no facilities to entertain children/teens while parents enjoy their shooting party. Due to several past issues - parents must keep children supervised in assembly area unless out on course spectating with proper safety protection. Anyone, adult or youngster, found roaming property (outside of roped areas, etc.) will be told to leave immediately, without recourse.
Bar-B-Que Team/Pit Policies: All materials/equipment required by cook-off teams will be supplied by same. All trash and food waste will be packed off site or placed in provided trash container or CCR dumpster. The practices of gathering wood on site, dumping grease or other food on site is strictly prohibited. Teams will be responsible for policing of trash in their respective cooking/serving areas prior to leaving property. No teams will be allowed access to CCR electrical hook-ups unless prior arrangements made and fees paid in advance. (Portable generators will be allowed) Radios or other sources of artificial music allowed but subject to appropriate volume levels as determined solely by CRR staff. All fires will be restricted to pit containment, no fires will be allowed on the ground. Teams solely responsible for keeping flames, sparks and embers contained safely. Bar-B-Que team personnel will be required to shoot with regular participants during event.
Cedar Ridge Range Responsibilities:
CRR will provide required shooting fields, trapper/laborers, services, equipment and materials necessary to conduct shoot.
CRR will provide tables/chairs for registration use and will provide limited number of picnic tables
CRR will provide use of the on-site restroom facility
CRR will provide a reference copy of recommended shoot flyer/safety warning information and map/directions on request to shoot organizers.
CRR will provide fresh water/disposable cups at various positions on the shooting course on request at no charge.
CRR will assist in final scoring and award presentations on request.
CRR will provide hard covered, concrete slab registration area with limited night lighting sources
CRR will provide management of delivery items by outside contractors (portable potties, extra tables/chairs, prizes, etc.) on request, fees/payment will be responsibility of event sponsors.
CRR will provide a outdoor sound system for announcements, awards, drawings, music, etc. in registration area on request
CRR will NOT provide kitchen services, utensils, tables, or any other food preparation equipment unless prior arrangements made
CRR will NOT provide ice.
CRR will NOT provide Portable Potties unless by prior arrangement and fees paid in advance
